Meet Anika

A little about my path, my practice, and what guides this work.

Hi, I’m Anika Norrgard.

I love early mornings of solitude, the feel of sun on my skin, arranging flowers from Trader Joe’s, spontaneous swims in Malibu, collecting glassware, and spending time at home in Highland Park with my boyfriend, our son, and the cat.

I’m on a quiet quest for authenticity, compassion, an embodied loving presence, community, and being in service to others.

For many years, I ran from myself—through disordered eating, harsh habits, and judgmental mindsets. I’ve since been seeking out practices that bring me back into balance. Modalities that soften the edges, quiet the mind, and strengthen the connection between body, heart, and spirit.

Living in this vibrant and fast-moving city, I’ve come to rely on these tools for my own well-being. They help me stay present and grounded so I can show up as a more patient partner, a connected mother, a steadier friend, and a rooted part of my community.

What began as personal healing soon turned into a calling to offer the same support to others. I now hold space for those seeking reconnection. Those who long to feel more at home in their bodies, more resourced in their nervous systems, and more attuned to their own inner rhythms.

I’m a dedicated bodyworker specializing in:

  • Craniosacral therapy

  • Mindful movement and intuitive bodywork

  • Grounding energy work

  • Transformative sound healing

  • Mindfulness-based meditation practices

This work is ongoing. I am always learning, evolving, and deepening my offerings.

I care deeply about the client–practitioner relationship. My work is built on mutual trust, reverence, and a passion for bearing witness to the quiet, profound transformations that occur through touch, sound, and mindful presence.

It’s an honor to support others in this way. I look forward to meeting you.
